It is hard to put all the “awesomeness” into a few sentences. It has been a great, unique experience. No one can take these memories from me ever. I can think back to a great memory every single day, there was always something special happening.

This year has been one of my best year’s of my life. I have met a lot of people here in Rotorua.  I think that it is really worth it to come and have this kind of experience.  I made some really good friends and if I could live this experience again, I would repeat it.  Thank you for everything.

I really enjoy being in this school.  For me moving to a new country is like a baby, I didn’t understand about the culture, life style or the people living here.  I couldn’t talk or understand English well. Now I’m so happy because everyone including the teachers  do understand me well. Thank you.

I came to NZ to learn more about English and to learnmore about New Zealand culture and it’s better than I expected. WHHS is the perfect school to go to as an international student. They are very prepared to have all the International Students like me. I’ll always remember this experience.

This was the best year of my life. I’ve met lots of people and I made heaps of close friends that I won’t forget. Also Heights is just amazing, I love all the teachers.

This year has been an amazing year for me at WHHS. Heights’ is such a wonderful place, with lots of lovely people and exciting activities. I really enjoyed my stay here. Special thanks to all my friends and classmates, teachers and my host family. Being an International Student at Western Heights, meeting all different people from around the world and all the Kiwis, has been a real blessing.

I love New Zealand,it is a very beautiful place. It is so green! I love my host family. I have not only learnt many things - a new culture, English but also getting to know the other International Students. Best of all, I have made amazing friends.

I have enjoyed the mountain bike trails on the Whakarewarewa Forest a lot. I really appreciate the program for international students here at Western Heights. We regularly do cool things and visit really nice places together.

Remembering all the good moments I’ve had here in Rotorua makes me happy but also just as sad when I remember I just have a month left here. Honestly, I could never thank the school and the people enough. All the teachers, the students, the international students – I’ll remember every one of you. I didn’t choose the country or city I would go on exchange to but I really believe in faith; Rotorua is where I’m meant to be and I wouldn’t change it. I’m in love with this place and I’m definitely coming back some day.

I came here two months ago. I am really enjoying New Zealand. My favourite subject is Sculpture. My favourite activity in NZ is to go rockwall climbing with my friends.

In my first week I learnt the word “Whanau” , family, and through my New Zealand experience at Western Heights, it has shown me the meaning of it.

I have met a lot of people; they are very nice people and are interested in France. I have lived an incredible experience.

I came here to learn more about English and I also enjoy the environment.  I havemade some friends from different countries. They make me very happy.

I left Italy thinking I was going to miss all my relatives and my friends but I don’t. That’s because of all the beautiful people I have met here. So, thank you very much for everything you have done to make me enjoy this fantastic experience.
